The Gallivanting Explorer Gets Into The Washington Post

I thought long and hard about how I wanted this site to work, and I finally decided that instead of scrounging around the Internet for content for days at a time–that I would only post when I actually have something to say. I know. I know. That’s way dumb. At least it is if you’re a blogger. But I’m not. I’m a writer who occasionally blogs but only when he has something worth sharing. Which I haven’t lately because I’ve been doing a lot of what I call trying-to-keep-the-lights-on.

You can read it here.
